Call to Artists:
CowParade San Diego is no longer accepting artist submissions.
Sponsors will continue to review and select designs through the end of
October. Artists will be notified when a sponsor selects their design.
Who will design the cows?
CowParade San Diego intends to cast a wide net for a diverse range of artists from the San Diego/Tijuana region. An array of artists will design the cows ranging from well-known to emerging, as well as artist collectives, schools and community organizations. Artists will be limited only by their imagination and technical skills.
Eligibility
CowParade San Diego application process is open to all artists in the San Diego/Tijuana region, from the acclaimed to the amateur. Painters, sculptors, craftsmen, multi-media artists and other creative people are encouraged to apply. There is no application fee.
What happens to the cows?
The cows will be displayed at public sites in San Diego for three months and then will be auctioned for charity.
